We are a faith-based ministry in South Florida. We believe the Christ Consciousness is in all of us — not somewhere else, not in someone else, not something to be earned. So we do not ask you to become somebody. We ask you to come home to yourself, one step at a time, beginning with awareness of who you actually are underneath the identity you have been carrying.
We are all farmers
We are the garden. We are the fruit of our intentions. Attention is the water — whatever you give it to is what grows, and most people water things they never chose. At IBIUBU we pay attention to the fruits we give our attention to.
That is true of a body, a marriage, a business and a bank account alike. We believe real estate is the foundation of financial security, and that the most precious real estate you will ever own is your own body. Both are tended the same way. Most people invest carefully in the first and neglect the second.
Financial wellness
Most people’s options were narrowed long before their numbers were. What money is for, who is allowed to have it, what happens if you want more — that conditioning is usually older than any budget, and it quietly decides what you will even consider. We start there.
Then we get practical. Where the money actually goes. How interest works for you and against you. What a credit score is made of. What stands between renting and owning, and what closes it. You are already running something — your home, your time, your money. You, Incorporated. The invitation is to run it on purpose.
Money Penny will work through any of it with you, at any hour, for as long as you like. She teaches; she does not decide. When you want real numbers on a mortgage, she hands you to WIRE Funding, who are licensed to give them.
